AI that hits
the P&L.

Most AI advisors have never run a business. I have — for 25 years. Now I help CEOs and operators use AI to improve the parts of the company that actually make money.

The gap nobody talks about.

Your IT department is good at what they do. Infrastructure, security, vendor management, systems upkeep — that matters. It keeps the lights on.

But that is not where AI creates value.

AI creates value in the operating layer — the workflows, decisions, and bottlenecks that determine your margin, your throughput, and how fast your team can execute. The stuff you deal with every day.

The person implementing your AI should understand that layer. Not theoretically. From experience. From years of making payroll, managing cash, allocating capital, and watching what happens when a process fails at scale.

That is a different skill set than deploying a model or configuring an API.

Most AI consultants bring you a framework. I bring you a running system and the operating judgment to know where to point it.

Simple. Direct. Tied to outcomes.

I start by understanding your business — not the technology, the business. Where the drag is. Where the margin leaks. What takes too long, costs too much, or depends on people doing work a machine should handle.

Then I build AI systems inside your environment that solve those specific problems. Not demos. Not proofs of concept. Working systems that your team uses and that show up in the numbers.

I work directly with the CEO or whoever owns the P&L. No layers. No project managers. No steering committees.

The engagement is simple: we agree on what to fix, I build it, and we measure what changed. If it works, we keep going. If there is more to do, we do more.

What this looks like in practice.

A national infrastructure company was running month-end close in 20 days. Invoice processing took two weeks. Cash forecasting lagged by 10 days. They were paying $30,000 a month for dispatch software that did half of what they needed.

That is not a slide deck. That is an operating result.

The work took weeks, not months. It did not require a new IT infrastructure. It required someone who understood the business well enough to see where AI would actually matter — and then built it.

What you get.

I help CEOs and operators apply AI to real operating problems — margin, throughput, accountability, decision speed.

The work typically starts with a focused assessment of your operations: where the bottlenecks are, where AI creates measurable impact, and what to build first. From there, we move into implementation — working systems, running in your environment, tied to outcomes you can measure.

This is not a technology engagement. It is an operating engagement that uses technology.

What I bring

25 years running businesses — construction, infrastructure, telecom, real estate, architecture. P&L responsibility, field operations, company restructuring, and the systems that run them. Now applied through AI.

What I do not do

Strategy decks. Innovation workshops. Pilots that sit on a shelf. Anything that creates activity without creating results.

If this sounds like what you need.

I work with a small number of companies at a time. If you are a CEO or operator dealing with real workflow problems and you want someone who has sat in your chair to help you fix them with AI — let's talk.
